Terms of Use
The short version. Bruna Worlds is free to use. Enjoy the games and share them, but do not misuse the site or its ads. Each game also has its own terms. The site comes with no warranty, and a headset is a thing you wear over your eyes: please read Health and safety.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BRUNA GOODS LLC ("we", "us", "our") covering the pages of bruna.world (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
Each game shown on the Site is also covered by its own terms, which apply when you play it: Momiji Go and God: My World.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, re-host or redistribute the Site or its content, or show it inside another site;
- click on ads, or cause ads to be shown, by automated means or in any other way meant to inflate them artificially, or encourage anyone else to;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or the services behind it;
- remove or obscure any notice of ownership.
Sharing links to the Site, and recording, streaming or writing about the games, is welcome.
3. What belongs to whom
The Site and its content, including the names "Bruna Worlds", "Momiji Go" and "God: My World" and their logos and artwork, belong to BRUNA GOODS LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you. Ads, and the content they link to, belong to their owners.
4. Advertising and links
The Site shows advertising served by third parties, chiefly Google. We do not choose individual ads and do not endorse what they offer. Anything you do with an advertiser, or on a site an ad or a link takes you to, is between you and that party, under its own terms. How ads use information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Health and safety
The games can be played in a virtual-reality headset. Before you do, follow your headset manufacturer's health and safety guidance, including its minimum age; clear the space around you; take regular breaks; and stop if you feel unwell, dizzy or disoriented. The games contain moving light and flashing effects: if you or anyone in your family has a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing. Each game's terms say more. You are responsible for your own safety, and for the people and property around you, while playing.
6. Availability and changes
The Site is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, any game on it, or these Terms, at any time and without notice.
7. No warranty
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRUNA GOODS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limits, so parts of sections 7 and 8 may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BRUNA GOODS LLC harmless from any claim, loss or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
11. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Site. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may amend these Terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top of the page, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
