God: My World
A living world the size of a meeting-room table, and you are its god. Send rain to the fields, set the forest alight, answer your peoples’ prayers, and watch their camps grow into villages, castles, cities and, one day, a rocket on its pad.
About the game
The world lies on a carved table in a domed observatory. Small groups of people hunt, farm and build on their own; herds of elephants, bison and deer roam the land; the days turn to night and the seasons change. What the peoples become is up to you: a gentle god who blesses and waters, or a hard one who sends plague, drought and meteors.
Each settlement climbs through the ages on its own, from the Stone Age through the Bronze and Iron Ages, the Middle Ages and the Industrial Age to the Modern Age, and a people that reaches for space sends rockets up from it.
How to play
On a computer
Choose a power and click the land to release it. Right-drag turns round the table, the wheel zooms and WASD moves. Keys 1 to 0 choose a power, and Space pauses.
On a phone
Drag with one finger to walk round the table and pinch with two to zoom. Choose a power, then tap the land.
In VR on Meta Quest
Press Enter VR and walk round the table. Each power has a gesture: pull back and let go to rain, swing down for lightning, hold the trigger to spray fire.
In AR on Meta Quest 3
Press Enter AR and the world, table and all, stands in your own room, to walk round and lean over.

Yes, in your browser on this device, in three slots. Share This World puts a whole world in a link to send to someone else.
Does the world go on without me?
While the game is open, yes: the peoples live, build and pray on their own. Pause it, or set it to run five or twenty times as fast.
